When making a booking, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit that will be credited towards your session. This is non-refundable.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. 

Providing less than 48 hours’ notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified me you will be late, it is considered a no-show, and you will be liable for the remaining balance of the treatment.  Also, if you are late and I am still able to see you, I may not be able to give you the full treatment booked, but you will still be liable to pay the balance in full.

I am happy to answer any questions regarding this cancellation policy prior to you making a booking.  I am sure you understand that I have financial commitments like everyone, so it is with the best of intentions that I have introduced this policy.  
 

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the cancellation policy.
